HYDERABAD: Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy has congratulated Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and All India Congress Committee president Sonia Gandhi on the victory of Congress in the elections under their leadership.

In separate fax messages to them, he said he found no words to express his gratitude to them for guiding and leading the Congress to power on its own in the State.
